The day is June 1st and it’s Global Parents’ Day, a day set apart to celebrate parents for their selfless efforts and dedication towards the wellbeing and development of their children.
Parents are golden. They take care of us, nurture us and provide for us from the very moment we are born. A day like this provides a great opportunity for us to build and strengthen our bonds with our parents and parental figures in our lives. Global Parents’ Day is important because the efforts and hard work parents put into raising a child cannot go unnoticed and without appreciation.
This is why Grenville chose to celebrate today by inviting the parents of three of our students for an exciting question-answer session. The students were asked questions to show how much they know their parents and to say what they love about their parents.
